What exactly does Alo Development build?
Websites and catalogue stores, booking and customer-portal apps, WhatsApp/Telegram bots, AI assistants like this one, and custom business software — plus the CRM and integration work that ties them together. Everything is built for the UAE market: AED flows, WhatsApp-first contact and EN/AR when you need it. Card payments and platform-grade builds are scoped per project.
How much does a project cost?
Fixed-scope packages start from AED 3,000 — the four packages above (Starter Site, Launch Site, Growth Stack, Product Build) show exactly what each one includes and excludes. What moves the price is scope: number of pages, an adapted demo design versus custom UI/UX, bots and AI, integrations, and whether you need Arabic. Product Build is quoted per project after a scoping call.
What is the difference between Starter Site and a custom build?
Starter Site adapts one of our existing demo designs to your brand and content — fast, but not a design made from scratch. Launch Site, Growth Stack and Product Build are custom UI/UX for your business: you review a design draft and give feedback before we build. Both are mobile-first.
How long does a project take?
Typical timelines per package: Starter Site 5–7 business days · Launch Site 1–3 weeks · Growth Stack 3–6 weeks · Product Build 6–12 weeks. Exact timing depends on how fast content, approvals and third-party access arrive from your side.
What is included for domain and hosting?
Starter, Launch and Growth include the domain (registered in your name) plus managed hosting for the first year. The domain is yours from day one; after year one both renew as a separate small annual cost confirmed in your proposal, not in the package price. Product infrastructure is scoped per project.
How many revisions do I get, and what counts as one?
Starter 1 round, Launch 2, Growth 3; Product Build uses milestone reviews instead. One round is one consolidated set of feedback, not an open-ended stream of edits. A revision is not a bug fix (those we fix anyway) and not a new feature — out-of-scope changes get their own quote.
What happens after launch?
Post-launch support is included: Starter 14 days, Launch 30, Growth 60, Product Build 90. It covers agreed-scope bugs, deployment/config issues and basic usage help. New features, redesigns or extra scope are not support and are quoted separately.
How do payments work?
Starter and Launch: 50% to start, 50% before launch. Growth and Product Build: 50% to start, 30% at an agreed milestone, 20% before launch or handover. Everything is quoted in AED and the exact terms are written into your quote.
Who owns the website and the source code?
After full payment you receive the project-specific source code, the agreed design files and the agreed project assets. Alo Development keeps ownership of pre-existing code, reusable components, frameworks and internal tools used to build it.
Do you support Arabic and RTL?
Yes — EN-only, AR-only or bilingual EN+AR with a proper RTL layout. Arabic is never in a base price: on Starter, Launch and Growth it typically adds about 20–35% depending on content and layout work; on Product Build it is scoped and priced inside the same quote rather than as a percentage. It is confirmed in your quote either way.
